Mandates theaters provide audio description upon request for any film offered with audio description, with each theater required to have at least two audio description devices

Exempts theaters from purchasing new equipment if compliance would cause undue burden or fundamentally alter the theater

Excludes drive-in theaters, theaters with fewer than six screens, theaters without compatible digital projection systems, and films shown fewer than eight times per week from the requirements

Does not apply to films shown more than 20 days after their premiere at that specific theater
