Requires all public elementary and secondary schools in West Virginia to display a durable poster or framed copy of the Ten Commandments in a conspicuous place in every classroom

Posters must be at least 16 inches wide by 20 inches tall with text legible from anywhere in the classroom, and must use the specific wording provided in the bill

Schools must accept privately donated posters that meet the size and content requirements, and may use public funds or private donations to obtain compliant copies

Schools with surplus posters must offer them as donations to other public elementary or secondary schools that need them

Requirements take effect beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
