Bars insurers from reducing reimbursement rates when providers obtain clinician-administered drugs from non-network pharmacies, requiring payment at the contracted rate or wholesale acquisition cost

Prevents insurers from interfering with patient choice of provider or pharmacy for clinician-administered medications, including through financial incentives, steering, or additional cost-sharing

Allows insurers to offer but not mandate home infusion services or external infusion sites, and permits establishing specialty care centers of excellence based on objective quality measures

Classifies violations as unfair trade practices subject to investigation, private lawsuits, and penalties under consumer protection law, and renders any contrary contract provisions void and unenforceable
