Prohibits health insurance issuers, pharmacy benefit managers, and their agents from refusing to authorize, approve, or pay participating providers for covered physician-administered drugs and related services

Prevents insurers from denying or reducing payment to providers who obtain physician-administered drugs from pharmacies outside the insurer's network, as long as federal Drug Supply Chain Security Act requirements are met

Bars insurers and PBMs from requiring covered persons to pay additional fees or increased cost-sharing beyond their plan's designated amounts when receiving physician-administered drugs from a participating provider

Preserves insurers' ability to deny coverage based on medical necessity criteria (excluding location of drug administration) and to establish specialty care centers of excellence based on objective quality measures

Violations constitute unfair trade practices subject to investigation, private actions, and penalties under West Virginia's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, and contract provisions violating this section are void and unenforceable
