Expands the definition of "niece" to include daughters of the spouse of a person's brother or sister

Expands the definition of "nephew" to include sons of the spouse of a person's brother or sister

Incest remains a felony punishable by 5-15 years imprisonment and/or a fine of $500-$5,000, with provisions for victims' treatment costs and parental rights termination when the victim is a minor
