Prohibits contract provisions that would obligate clients to pay fees to a broker after the contract expires if they subsequently hire a different broker

Preserves disclosure requirements regarding which party (seller, buyer, landlord, or tenant) the licensee represents, with disclosure required before signing any representation or sale/purchase contract
