Requires all registered sex offenders to provide and verify their registration information as prescribed in §15-12-2 of the code during their verification reporting periods

Changes the word "must" to "shall" throughout the statute to standardize legal language regarding reporting requirements

Sex offenders must report to State Police in their birth month; sexually violent predators must report quarterly in January, April, July, and October

State Police verify sexually violent predator addresses every 90 days and all other registered sex offenders once per year

State Police may require registrants to submit new fingerprints and photographs as part of the verification process
