Updates "required beginning date" for mandatory retirement distributions to comply with SECURE 2.0 Act, changing age thresholds from 70.5/72 to a tiered system: age 72 (if attained before January 1, 2023), age 73 (if attained before January 1, 2033), or age 75 (if age 74 attained after December 31, 2032)

Requires participating employers to notify the retirement board and retirants in writing before any reemployment that could negatively impact retirement status or benefits, and mandates employer notification to the board upon a retirant's acceptance of such employment

Voids retirement and requires repayment of all annuity payments if a retirant fails to have a bona fide separation from service or fails to comply with reporting requirements
