Amends the West Virginia Task Force on Artificial Intelligence to add identification of economic opportunities related to AI to the Task Force's responsibilities

Requires the Task Force to submit annual electronic reports by July 1 to the House of Delegates, Senate, and Governor, and present findings to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance

Task Force is organized within the Office of the Governor and composed of 14 members including legislators, state officials, and industry representatives appointed by the Governor

Task Force responsibilities include recommending AI definitions for legislation, developing best practices for public sector AI use, recommending legislation to protect individual rights and consumer data, and assessing AI's impact on the workforce

Task Force will terminate on July 1, 2027, and the bill takes effect 90 days from passage (July 9, 2025)
