Authorizes medical cannabis dispensaries in West Virginia to dispense cannabis in edible form, adding it to the previously allowed forms (pill, oil, topical, vaporization, tincture, liquid, and dermal patch)

Requires edibles to be manufactured only as lozenges or gelatins in basic geometric shapes (square, circle, rectangle, triangle, parallelogram, oval, or diamond) with no more than 10 milligrams of THC per serving

Prohibits edibles from containing color additives, resembling commercially available candy, bearing markings other than a universal symbol, or having bright colors attractive to children

Mandates that processors obtain bureau approval for each edible product before production, including submission of images and measurements showing compliance with shape and labeling requirements

Requires dispensaries to input medical cannabis dispensing information into the controlled substance monitoring database prior to dispensing to patients or caregivers
