Requires the state to provide free medical testing and multi-cancer early detection testing to firefighters during their annual periodic health assessments

Testing must detect, document, and help prevent certain cancers at no cost to the firefighter

Establishes a voluntary program allowing firefighters to share their cancer screening results with the Department of Human Services to identify trends and causes of cancer among firefighting personnel

All shared testing results must be anonymized and de-identified to protect firefighters' personally identifiable information
