Establishes an early detection cancer screening pilot program for active and retired permanent firefighters, jointly administered by the State Fire Marshal and Department of Health, effective July 1, 2025

Offers comprehensive screenings including multi-cancer blood tests, ultrasounds of vital organs (liver, kidney, thyroid, gallbladder, spleen, bladder, and others), lung CT if indicated, skin cancer screening, echocardiogram, and carotid doppler

Caps screening costs at $1,300 per individual firefighter, with participation being voluntary; firefighters who self-funded screenings after January 1, 2025 may seek reimbursement

Requires a committee with representatives from firefighter organizations to develop an implementation plan within 90 days and present findings to the Governor and legislative leaders at 12 and 24 months

Limits program funding availability to 24 months from plan approval unless the Governor grants an extension, with all personally identifiable information removed from results before reporting
