Prohibits insurers from declining, limiting, or canceling life insurance, group life insurance, major medical coverage, long-term care insurance, or health care corporation policies solely because a person is a living organ donor

Bars insurers from requiring policyholders to refrain from organ donation as a condition of maintaining their insurance coverage

Prevents discrimination in policy offerings, pricing, issuance, or other terms based solely on living organ donor status, unless there are additional actuarial risks beyond the donation itself

Grants the Insurance Commissioner authority to take enforcement actions against insurers who violate these protections

Applies across multiple insurance code articles including individual and group life insurance, accident and sickness insurance, long-term care insurance, and health care corporations
