Facilitates access to multidisciplinary ALS clinics that consolidate specialist services into single visits, which research shows extends life expectancy and reduces healthcare costs by minimizing emergency room visits and hospital admissions

Appropriates $250,000 from the general revenue fund for Fiscal Year 2026 to implement the program

Requires the Department of Human Services to distribute funds equitably and submit annual reports to the Legislature detailing expenditures and program impact
