Removes the current restriction limiting individuals to only one expungement of criminal convictions in their lifetime, allowing people to petition for expungement multiple times

Eliminates burglary involving a dwelling (§61-3-11) from the list of offenses ineligible for expungement

Removes conspiracy or attempt to commit burglary from the offenses excluded from expungement eligibility

Maintains existing waiting periods for expungement eligibility: 1 year for a single misdemeanor, 2 years for multiple misdemeanors, and 5 years for nonviolent felonies after conviction or completion of sentence/supervision

Preserves all other limitations on expungement, including exclusions for violent felonies, sexual offenses, crimes against minors, domestic violence, and DUI offenses
