Amends §58-5-4 of the West Virginia Code to delegate authority over appellate filing deadlines to the Supreme Court of Appeals through its rulemaking power

Filing timelines for notices of appeal, perfecting appeals, and submitting related documents to both the Intermediate Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Appeals will now be governed by court-promulgated rules rather than statute

Passed April 10, 2025, with an effective date of July 9, 2025 (90 days from passage)
