Multiple misdemeanor convictions require a one-year waiting period after the last conviction or completion of sentence/supervision before expungement eligibility

Nonviolent felony convictions require a three-year waiting period after conviction or completion of sentence/supervision before expungement eligibility

Waives the $100 State Police processing fee for expungement petitions filed under this section
