Braxton County High School is added as a participating institution in the Southeastern District consortium for community and technical college/career and technical education planning

Participating institutions may partner with community and technical colleges outside their designated region if the assigned facilitating college does not offer a requested program and fails to develop it within two years of a formal request

The bill takes effect July 6, 2025 (90 days from passage on April 7, 2025)

Eight regional consortia coordinate workforce development between community and technical colleges, career and technical education centers, and state baccalaureate institutions to develop integrated secondary and post-secondary programs leading to industry credentials, certificates, or associate degrees
