Amends West Virginia's Schedule I controlled substances law to create an exception for crystalline polymorph psilocybin (known as COMP360) if it receives FDA approval and DEA scheduling

Allows the prescription, distribution, and marketing of FDA-approved psilocybin-based drugs according to FDA and DEA recommendations, while psilocybin otherwise remains a Schedule I substance

Maintains the existing comprehensive list of Schedule I controlled substances including opiates, opium derivatives, hallucinogens, synthetic cannabinoids, depressants, and stimulants

Preserves existing exceptions for hemp products lawfully manufactured under West Virginia's industrial hemp and medical cannabis laws
