Funds are designated as "Medical Services – Lottery Surplus" for fiscal year 2025, ending June 30, 2025

Supplemental appropriation draws from unappropriated surplus balance in the State Treasury as identified in the Governor's Executive Budget Document submitted February 12, 2025

Takes effect immediately upon passage (passed April 12, 2025)
