Adds the Department of Tourism to the list of agencies exempt from the requirement that food service facilities in public buildings be operated by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation under the Blind Vendors program

The exemption allows the Department of Tourism to independently manage food service operations at its facilities rather than using blind vendors licensed under the Randolph-Sheppard Act

Other agencies already exempt include county boards of education, the Higher Education Policy Commission, the Council for Community and Technical College Education, the Department of Health, the Department of Commerce, and the Department of Corrections

Takes effect July 9, 2025 (90 days after passage on April 10, 2025)
