Political action committees (PACs) must disclose the names and addresses of all contributors to the West Virginia Secretary of State

When a contributor to a PAC is itself another political action committee, the PAC must disclose that contributing PAC's name and address as registered with the State Election Commission

Existing disclosure requirements for electioneering communications remain unchanged, including the $5,000 annual threshold and $1,000 threshold within 15 days of an election

The bill adds this new PAC contributor disclosure requirement as subsection (j) to the existing electioneering communication disclosure statute (§3-8-2b)
