Mandates that all covered mobile food vendors maintain required permits and licenses and follow proper sanitation practices

Establishes a reciprocity provision allowing mobile pull-behind trailers and kiosks with valid permits from their county of residence to obtain reciprocity permits in other counties, provided they meet health and safety standards
