Creates "The Deployed Servicemembers Protection Act" extending federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) protections to include National Guard members called to state service for 30 days or longer

Prohibits spouses of deployed servicemembers from selling residences, vehicles, or conducting financial transactions exceeding $10,000 without the servicemember's written consent during deployment and for two months after

Bars spouses from closing joint financial accounts or removing more than 50% of funds from joint accounts without written consent during and two months after deployment

Restricts removal of joint custody children from the state for more than two weeks without written consent, and requires children be returned within one week of the servicemember's return home

Violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail, fines up to $5,000, and civil liability
