Applies the mandate across multiple insurance types: public employees insurance, Medicaid, accident and sickness insurance, group insurance, hospital/medical service corporations, health care corporations, and health maintenance organizations

Defines "scalp cooling system" as any device designed for repeated use that cools the scalp to prevent or reduce chemotherapy-induced hair loss and serves a medical purpose

Allows coverage to be subject to standard annual deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments consistent with other benefits within a given policy
