Sets the employee contribution rate for judges participating in the Judges' Retirement System at a fixed 7% of salary, effective July 1, 2025, replacing the previous variable rate system that ranged from 7% to 10.5%

Suspends employer contributions (from the court and Legislature) to the Judges' Retirement Fund when the fund's funding level exceeds 125% of assets relative to unfunded accrued liability

Requires the Consolidated Public Retirement Board to provide annual actuarial valuations and funding level statements to the Legislature's Joint Committee on Government and Finance and Joint Committee on Pensions and Retirement

Maintains existing provisions that judges are not required to contribute after actual retirement and that leased employees/independent contractors are ineligible to participate in the system
