Appropriates $398,295 from General Revenue surplus to the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Secretary for the Fusion Center (fund 0430, organization 0601) for fiscal year 2025

Appropriates $378,771 from General Revenue surplus to the Division of Emergency Management for current expenses (fund 0443, organization 0606) for fiscal year 2025

Both appropriations are designated as surplus funds that will be reappropriated for expenditure during fiscal year 2026 if unexpended balances remain at the close of fiscal year 2025

Total supplemental appropriation amounts to $777,066 drawn from the unappropriated surplus balance in the State Fund, General Revenue
