Requires the Secretary of the Department of Human Services to disenroll and eliminate coverage for individuals who obtained Medicaid through the Affordable Care Act expansion if the federal government reduces the federal medical assistance percentage from the levels set in 2014

Mandates written notification to affected Medicaid beneficiaries, managed care plans, and providers that coverage will end as soon as allowable under federal law following notification of any federal funding reduction

Currently, the federal government pays 90% of costs for the ACA Medicaid expansion population; this bill would trigger automatic disenrollment if that rate decreases

Amends the Medical Services Trust Fund statute to add the automatic disenrollment provision as a new subsection
