Requests the Division of Highways name a portion of Knobley Road (W.V. Route 9) in Mineral County as the "U.S. Marine Corps PFC Robert Thomas Taylor Memorial Road," spanning from the U.S. Route 50/W.V. Route 9 intersection to the W.V. Route 9/W.V. Route 18 intersection

Honors PFC Robert Thomas Taylor, born May 2, 1950, in Keyser, WV, who enlisted in the Marine Corps in September 1968 and served with L Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division in South Vietnam

PFC Taylor was killed in action on May 12, 1969, in Quang Nam, South Vietnam while operating an M60 machine gun

Taylor received multiple military honors including the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy and Marine Corps Presidential Unit Citation, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Vietnam Campaign Medal

Directs the Division of Highways to place memorial signs at both ends of the designated road portion
