Requests the Division of Highways name Bridge Number 52-013/00-004.64 (Hundred Covered Bridge) over WV Fork Fish Creek in Wetzel County as the "PFC Charles 'Charlie' Goff Memorial Bridge"

Honors Charles "Charlie" Goff, born March 12, 1933, in Rowlesburg, Preston County, who passed away August 24, 2024

Goff served in the United States Army as a Private First Class with C Company, 15th Tank Battalion, 6th Armored Division, until his honorable discharge

Directs the Division of Highways to create and place signs identifying the bridge with its memorial name

Requires the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
