Renames Bridge Number 02-009/00-002.54 (Johnsontown Bridge) carrying WV 009 over Tilhance Creek in Berkeley County to the "U.S. Army Private Paul J. Hofe Memorial Bridge"

Honors Paul J. Hofe, born April 16, 1936, who served in the U.S. Army as a Private and later worked for the Internal Revenue Service until retirement

Recognizes Hofe's 50-year career running Hofe's Well Drilling, his leadership in the National Groundwater Association, and his role as former director and president of the South Atlantic Well Drillers Jubilee

Acknowledges his community contributions including donating wells to Poor House Farm Park, Berkeley County Youth Fair Land, and local churches, as well as sponsoring Hedgesville youth sports teams

Directs the Division of Highways to install signs identifying the memorial bridge; Hofe passed away March 5, 2019
