Requests the Division of Highways name bridge number 52-250/12-000.02 (Church Fork Bridge) on US 250 over Church Fork Creek in Wetzel County as the "U.S. Army Private Terry F. Tustin Memorial Bridge"

Honors Terry F. Tustin (November 12, 1944 – December 12, 2017), a Wetzel County native who enlisted in the U.S. Army on August 9, 1965, and served in Vietnam from 1965 to 1967

Private Tustin earned multiple military honors including the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Ribbon, and Sharpshooter (rifle)

Tustin was a member of the Earl Kiger American Legion Post #120 for over 50 years and came from a family where seven of eight brothers served in the U.S. military

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and requires the Clerk of the House to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of Highways
