Requests the Division of Highways name bridge number 10-025/00-000.06 (Dunloup Creek Bridge #2) on Thurmond Road/CR 25 in Fayette County as the "U.S. Army PFC Calvin Esco Spade Memorial Bridge"

Honors PFC Calvin Esco Spade, born February 2, 1933 in Hico, Fayette County, who served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War starting April 8, 1953 as a general equipment repairman

PFC Spade received the National Defense Service Medal and served an additional eight years in the Army Reserves after transferring in April 1955

Following military service, Spade worked for the Chessie System Railroad (now CSX) in Prince, West Virginia until retiring in 1996, with strong ties to the Thurmond area

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner
