Requests the Division of Highways name bridge number 52-250/00-009.13 (Littleton Bridge) on US 250 over West Virginia Fork of Fish Creek in Wetzel County as the "Postlethwait Brothers Memorial Bridge"

Honors four Postlethwait brothers—Clarence, John Lloyd, Frank, and George—all born in Littleton, Wetzel County, between 1913 and 1932

Clarence and John Lloyd served as Army Corporals in World War II; John Lloyd received the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and WWII Victory Medal

Frank served over 30 years in the Air Force through WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, reaching Chief Master Sergeant; George served in Korea with the Army, earning a Purple Heart and Combat Infantryman Badge after being permanently disabled from combat injuries in 1951

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the bridge and requires the House Clerk to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of Highways
