Honors Jimmie M. Hutchison (1916-2010), a West Virginia native who served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II as a Staff Sergeant with the 75th Troop Carrier Squadron, 435th Troop Carrier Group

Hutchison's unit received a Presidential Unit Citation for supporting the D-Day invasion by dropping 101st Airborne Division units into Normandy

After military service, Hutchison worked 38 years as a Reservoir Ranger at Bluestone Dam and was inducted into the Gallery of Distinguished Civilian Employees by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
