Requests the Division of Highways name a portion of Laurel Dale Road (WV 93) in Mineral County as the "U.S. Army Brigadier General Edmund Francis Roleff Memorial Road"

The designated portion runs from the southern edge of the James Gilbert Bosley Memorial Bridge to the Laurel Dale Community Church

Edmund Francis "Frank" Roleff (1941-2024) served over 30 years in the U.S. Army, including active duty in Vietnam, as Assistant Professor of Military Science at Potomac State College, and as Commander of Camp Dawson in Kingwood

Roleff retired as a Colonel and was later promoted to Brigadier General on the State Retired List in August 2010, earning decorations including the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, and Meritorious Service Medal

Directs the Division of Highways to place memorial signs at both ends of the designated road section
