Requests the Division of Highways name the Coon Branch Bridge (Bridge Number 55-009/04-006.66) on CR 009/04 over Laurel Fork in Wyoming County as the "Pastor Roger D. Stewart Memorial Bridge"

Pastor Roger D. Stewart was born October 19, 1946, in Matheny, West Virginia, and passed away April 30, 2018, after a long career serving as a pastor at multiple churches, retiring from Campus Church of God in Cyclone

Upon the death of his wife Brenda Runion Stewart, the bridge shall be renamed the "Pastor Roger D. Stewart and Brenda Runion Stewart Memorial Bridge"

Directs the Division of Highways to install appropriate signage for the memorial bridge naming, with updated signs to be placed when the bridge is eventually renamed to include both spouses
