Requests the Division of Highways name a portion of Main Street East in Fayette County (from Patterson Avenue to Lochgelly Road) as the "U.S. Air Force Sergeant Thomas Madison Oxley Memorial Road"

Thomas Madison Oxley (1944-2023) served in the U.S. Air Force from 1962-1967 as a linguist, studying Mandarin Chinese at Yale University and later serving in Japan

Following military service, Oxley worked in engineering and served as City Manager for Oak Hill and as an Oak Hill City Council member from 2015-2023

Oxley held leadership positions including President of the West Virginia Municipal League and West Virginia City Managers Association

Requires the Division of Highways to place memorial signs at both ends of the designated road section
