Requests the Division of Highways name the Main Street Bridge (Bridge Number 10-016/00-008.68) over US 19 in Fayette County as the "U.S. Marine Corps PFC Darrell Lee Burgess Memorial Bridge"

Honors PFC Darrell Lee Burgess, born December 30, 1923, in Oak Hill, West Virginia, who served as a machine gunner with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 21st Marines, 3rd Marine Division

PFC Burgess was killed in action on December 16, 1943, during the Bougainville Campaign at "Hellzapoppin Ridge" in New Guinea while providing cover fire to protect fellow Marines from enemy attack

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the bridge with the memorial name

Requires the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
