Requests the Division of Highways name bridge number 16-05S/20-005.47 (Ashton Woods Bridge) on CR 055/20 over US 48X in Hardy County as the "U.S. Army Corporal Charles W. Wolfe Memorial Bridge"

Honors Charles W. Wolfe (January 2, 1920 – March 23, 1981), a Hardy County native who served in the 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division during World War II from August 4, 1942, to November 26, 1946

Corporal Wolfe was captured by German forces while fighting in France and held as a prisoner of war from January to May 1945, receiving numerous medals for his service

Wolfe worked as an inspector for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture in Moorefield and traveled the road crossing this bridge daily until his death

Directs the Division of Highways to install signs identifying the memorial bridge and requires the Clerk of the House to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of Highways
