Recognizes her 40-year teaching career at Moorefield High School, where she coached track, girls' basketball, and helped establish the softball program, later teaching English Language learners

Notes her community involvement as a member of Moorefield Assembly of God Church, service on the Potomac Highland Guild board, and participation with the Hardy County Health and Wellness Center

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and instructs the Clerk of the House to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
