Requests the Division of Highways name bridge number 39-072/00-005.99 (Flag Run Bridge) on WV 072 over Flag Run in Preston County as the "U.S. Army SP4 Ronald Gene Sypolt Memorial Bridge"

Honors Ronald Gene Sypolt (1951-2023), a Rowlesburg native who served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from August 1970 to August 1971 and was honorably discharged in March 1973

Sypolt received multiple military honors including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 device, and Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Ribbon

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the bridge with its memorial name and requires the Clerk of the House to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
