Renames a section of Seneca Trail in Fairlea, WV (coordinates 37.765157, -80.466491 to 37.787638, -80.452570) to the "Vance Brothers Six Military Veterans Highway"

Honors six brothers from the Vance family—Carl, George, Jerry, Phillip, Robert, and James—who collectively served 71 years in the U.S. Army and Air Force

All six brothers were natives of Fairlea, West Virginia and received honorable discharges between 1963 and 1981

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the renamed road section

Requires the Clerk of the House to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
