Requires accompanying signage stating "Marion County's Longest Serving Clerk"

Janice L. Cosco served as Marion County Clerk for 39 years from 1981 until her retirement in 2020, making her the longest-serving clerk in Marion County history

Cosco held numerous political and civic positions including President of Marion County Democratic Women, Secretary of the National Association of Counties, and National Representative for Election Reform

Directs the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
