Requests the Division of Highways name bridge number 55A106 on Mabel Street over Glen Fork in Wyoming County as the "Jim Sigmon Family Memorial Bridge"

Honors James "Jim" Sigmon, Jr. (1964-2015), a 1983 Oceana High School graduate and 1992 Southern WV Community and Technical College graduate

Sigmon served as President of the Wyoming County Republican Committee in the 1990s and was a lifelong member of Matheny Methodist Church

Requires the Division of Highways to place signs at both ends of the bridge identifying it by the memorial name

Directs the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
