Requests the Division of Highways to name a portion of County Route 3/2 (Moses Fork Road) in Mingo County as the "Donald Tackett, Jr. Memorial Road"

The designated section runs from the intersection at Old County Road to the intersection at East Fork of Twelvepole Road

Honors Donald Tackett, Jr., born March 2, 1947, in Dingess, Mingo County, who was a Marshall University student trainer and assistant football trainer

Tackett died at age 23 on November 14, 1970, in the Marshall University plane crash at Tri-State Airport in Kenova that killed all passengers and crew returning from a game in North Carolina

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial road and requires the Clerk to forward a certified copy to the Secretary of Transportation
