Requests the Division of Highways name Bridge Number 23-009/01-000.12 (Whitman Creek Box Beam) over Copperas Mine Fork in Logan County as the "U.S. Army PFC Lester E. Maynard Memorial Bridge"

Honors Lester Eugene Maynard, born October 12, 1947, in Logan, WV, who served as a Private First Class in Company C, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Infantry of the 199th Infantry Brigade during the Vietnam War

PFC Maynard died February 12, 1968, from wounds sustained while providing cover fire for his platoon to retreat safely during the 1968 Tet Offensive

Military decorations include the Purple Heart, Army Valorous Unit Award, Combat Infantryman Badge, Vietnam Service Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Ribbon

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and requires the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
