Requests the Division of Highways name Bridge Number 20-061/00-000.32 on WV Route 61 over Morris Creek in Kanawha County as the "Fire Chief Benny Filiaggi, III Memorial Bridge"

Honors Benny Filiaggi III, who died on June 14, 2024, after serving 49 years with the Montgomery Fire Department, including as Fire Chief from 2020 until his death

Recognizes Filiaggi's contributions as a fire service instructor since the 1980s, former president of the Fayette County Firefighter's Association, and his role in developing the Fayette County Fire Training Center

Directs the Division of Highways to install signs identifying the bridge with its memorial name

Requires the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
