Army service periods: M. Esty Clark (1945-1946), Gail C. Clark (1943-1944), Raymond L. Clark (1941), Richard "Tom" Clark (dates unknown), and Virgil R. Clark (1953)

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the bridge and requires the House Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of Highways
