Spec 4 Yoho was killed on February 10, 1966, from fragmentation wounds during a search and clear patrol with the 25th Infantry Division in Hau Nghia Province, Vietnam, reportedly one week from finishing his tour

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the bridge with its memorial designation

Requires the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
